Brian Kirkland
Brian Kirkland began providing litigation support for W. Glen How & Associates in 1992 in areas ranging from Ontario Municipal Board appeals to international human rights. Brian also spent a year in McCarthy Tétrault’s estates department and four years with the real estate practice of McMaster, McIntyre & Smyth in Toronto before joining Stevensons in 2001.
Brian regularly conducts trials at Small Claims Court and handles matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board and other tribunals.
Brian is a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
